Meet The Team
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR WELL-BEING
We select our staff for their integrity, friendliness, skill and professionalism but they also need to share our values of love, compassion and respect for people as individuals. Our approach focuses on spiritual as well as physical well-being and we arrange regular visits from various church groups to provide support and encouragement.
Emma Barlow, our manager has a wealth of experience in caring for the elderly. All the staff are here for your comfort, care and convenience and receive continuing QCF training (formerly NVQ) to ensure that we can handle any situation; more than that, however, they will become your friends and companions.
To maintain our very high standards of care we take great time and effort to select just the right staff.
To ensure that we have a great team, our philosophy is ‘employ caring people - rather than employing people
We hope you will want to make your home with us at Byway House. However, the best way to see whether Byway House is right for you is to come and visit us. We would love to meet you and you are welcome at any time – no appointment is necessary.
